Coach Kim Dudash is the Founder & President of Dudash Executive Coaching. Kim has dedicated her career to collaborating with individuals to cultivate the inherent qualities of successful, inspiring leaders and to guide them on the path to becoming inspired, passionate and more effective in their career and in day-to-day life.
Kim's true passion is working with her clients to challenge and support them as they reach to achieve their highest levels of performance, while also encouraging them to bring out the best in themselves and those they influence every day. She accomplishes this by helping leaders discover how they show up in the world and are experienced by others and helps them close the gap between perception and reality about their leadership style. She works with her clients to develop a plan to increase their leadership effectiveness; helping them to begin living their life on purpose.
Kim is an experienced executive herself with over 25 years of executive human resources and operational expertise, working in global, highly matrixed, fast-paced companies in dynamic industries where diversity of individual and thought is the norm. Kim's varied background in a number of business sectors-including manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, tourism and the service industry-provides her a unique and unparalleled ability to understand a number of challenges faced by leaders today. She forges strong relationships with her clients that enable her to create customized experiences designed to foster growth and promote development.
Kim is a Certified Professional Coach (CTACC) and member of the International Coaching Federation, a Leadership Circle Certified Practitioner, and an iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner.
When not coaching leaders to reach their greatest potential, she and her husband Brian operate a beautiful farm in Tennessee where they raise and sell grass-fed beef and pastured pork. Between the two, they have three adult children who make them very proud. Kim and Brian enjoy traveling and experiencing the world, boating, working on the farm, and spending time together and with family.
