Kim is an Entrepreneur and the Founder of Dudash Executive Coaching. Kim's true passion is working with people to challenge and support them as they reach to achieve their highest levels of performance, while also encouraging them to bring out the best in themselves and those they influence every day. She accomplishes this by helping leaders discover how they show up in the world and are experienced by others, and help them close the gap between perception and reality about their leadership style. She helps clients identify engrained habits that are responsible for their current performance and to transform behaviors that get in their way. Making a transition from awareness to action takes dedication from both the coach and the client. Kim’s methods help clients create their own formulas for lasting success. She works with clients to develop a plan towards increasing their leadership effectiveness by exposing them to creative and transformative ways to approach challenges and guides them toward new ways of thinking and being; helping them to begin living their life on purpose and become more effective in their career and in day-to-day life.
Kim is a graduate of Carson-Newman University with a BS in Business Management, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through ICF Credentials and Standards and a member of the International Coaching Federation, she is a Leadership Circle Certified Practitioner, and an iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner. Kim's varied background in a number of business sectors-including manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, entertainment, tourism and the service industry-provides her a unique and unparalleled ability to understand a number of challenges faced by leaders today. She forges strong relationships with her clients that enable her to create customized experiences designed to foster growth and promote development, and her strategic coaching style has supported the successful growth and transformation of many leaders within organizations, both large and small.
When not coaching leaders to reach their greatest potential, she and her husband Brian operate a beautiful farm in East Tennessee where they raise and sell grass-fed beef and pastured pork. Between the two, they have three adult children who make them very proud. Kim and Brian enjoy traveling and are actively pursuing a bucket-list goal to set foot on every continent.
