The Power of Executive Coaching
Executive coaching pushes leaders to grow professionally and personally, and develop the skills required to take them to the next level of leadership.  Coach Kim Dudash helps clients identify engrained habits that are responsible for their current performance and to transform behaviors that get in their way. At Dudash Executive Coaching, our process helps Executives create their own formulas for success.  Our methods are based on combining heightened awareness with tangible actions to create measurable results.

Our Process
Our process is a one-on-one program of discovery, development and transformation that is both systematic and effective.  Coach Kim works with clients at a fundamental level to help them become aware of specific behaviors and patterns of thinking that are holding them back from reaching their full potential in business and life.
Making a transition from awareness to action takes dedication from both the coach and the client.  After coach and client co-create a plan with intended outcomes, Coach Kim exposes executives to creative and effective ways to approach challenges and guides them toward new ways of thinking and being.
 
Step 1:  Gaining Awareness

Aligning Objectives
At the start of the coaching engagement, the client and Coach Kim will meet to define the partnership’s overall goal and direction.  At this point, executives share their personal and professional objectives for the engagement.  Alignment lays a strong foundation for what each party can expect from the partnership and acts as a starting point for the executive’s progress.
 
Assessment and Plan Development
After alignment, the executive will complete the iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram and participate in The Leadership Circle Profile 360™.  The iEQ9 helps to uncover the subconscious pattern of motivation that drives personality, values, and vices.  Through the Enneagram, we will begin exploring and paying attention to the reasons why the client thinks, acts, and feels a certain way.
 
The LCP is a true breakthrough among 360-degree profiles. It is the first to connect a well-researched battery of competencies with the underlying and motivating habits of thought. It reveals the relationship between patterns of action and internal assumptions that drive behavior. Ultimately, LCP goes to the source of behavior to get greater leverage on change. Furthermore, unlike most profiles that take hours to interpret, LCP integrates all this information in a way that brings the key issues to the surface instantly, putting leaders in touch with what is working, what is not, and why. The coach and client use the feedback gathered to craft a plan that will address the goals determined during alignment with measurable, intended outcomes.
 
Step 2:  Taking Action

Action Plan Implementation
After feedback from the LCP is collected and the action plan is formed, the executive and Coach Kim will meet regularly to implement individual strategies to address the executive’s targeted improvement areas.  During this period of development and change, Coach Kim provides leaders with the perspective to work through their current patterns of behavior and recognize what works and what does not.  Executive coaching provides awareness of and alternatives to old, ineffective ways of working and creates pathways to move the executive toward these new alternatives.
 
Step 3:  Real Results
 
Real change involves modifying more than just actions.  It involves evaluating the underlying motivations for an individual’s patterns of thinking, their limiting assumptions, beliefs, and ingrained habits.  This shift in mindset serves as the key to lasting behavioral change.  When executives experience greater self-awareness and finally have access to avenues and opportunities that were once hidden, AHA! moments abound and executives can reach out and establish tangible shifts in behavior, which become evident in breakthrough performance and business results.

As part of their ongoing coaching, leaders will:
  • Gain deeper insight and awareness of their internal "operating system" and its impact on personal and organizational results.
  • Identify those areas for development that will have the greatest impact on their leadership and personal lives.
  • Develop a concise set of desired outcomes that are focused on increasing the leader's capability to lead consciously and authentically.
