That hasn’t become less important. It’s become more human. And that means the work moves inward. And it requires reflection, feedback, and the willingness to look at yourself - which is exactly the work most people try to skip. But it’s also the work that makes a leader indispensable. Because technology can manage the work. But only a human leader can create trust, safety, meaning, and belonging. And that always starts on the inside.
